Come join in some Fun while exercising in the Water

  • Exercising in water provides a supportive environment for your body. Just being in water waist deep decrease your body's weight by 50%, at chest deep you become 80% lighter in the water.
  • The buoyancy of the water reduces your weight on impact, resulting in much less strain on your muscles and joints.
  • This makes aqua aerobics a good choice of low impact fitness class for those new to exercise, those who can't move easily, and those who want to get fit and lose weight.

  • Do I need a monthly membership?: NO, you can pass as you go for $3.00 a visit. Monthly pass will cost you $25 a month which equals to $1.56 each class
  • Do I need to know how to swim to attend?: While it is recommended you know the basic skills of swimming, as long as you are comfortable in the water and you can stand and move in the water.
  • Can children be in the class?: No one under the age of 16 is allowed to participate. You can sign up your teenager that is 16 and older and you must attend the class with them.
